DESCRIPTION          

The patient’s diagnosis is of Verrucas, which are plantar warts caused by the human papilloma virus, affecting the sole of the foot. As it affects the epidermis of the skin, so it appears as hard plaque with a central black region. Salicylic acid must be used which is a keratolytic agent is effective in this regard. Diabetic patients are needed to be recommended.
