Pharma BCQ- Bronchodilation

ANSWER: A

DESCRIPTION

Adrenaline causes bronchodilation, and is used in anaphylactic shock. Kinins, Prostaglandin E2 and Histamine are inflammatory mediators. In allergic reactions, these inflammatory mediators cause bronchoconstriction. Guaifenesin is expectorant, which promotes the expulsion of the mucus.
